We sell and market products and services to companies and private individuals of legal age in Finland and the EU region. We are a 100% Finnish private company.
These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.
Our delivery conditions are valid from 03.08.2016. We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store.
Delivery costs are €9.90* - Excluding long products that can be handled separately, such as ladders, wheelbarrows, washing lines, etc., we will notify you of the delivery costs separately.
The minimum order is €50
All prices include VAT in the online store.

Payment methods for individuals:
The payment options offered by Klarna are displayed in the Klarna Checkout service. Currently, the payment options available in the Klarna Checkout service are invoice, account credit, card payment, or direct payment through the bank. After the customer has entered the payment information into the Checkout service, the remaining payment methods are those that are possible for the customer. The default payment option is always an invoice when it is possible. The customer can easily change the payment method to e.g. card or online bank payment after pressing the "BUY" button, if these options were not initially available. If the customer does not enter a personal identification number into the system, then only card payment and online bank payment are possible.
It is possible for the customer to pay with debit and credit cards of all Finnish banks and in the online banking of the following banks: S-pankki, Aktia, Danske Bank, Osuuspankki, Nordea and Säästöpankki. When paying by card, the customer must provide the card number, the card's expiration date, the CVC code and, when paying with some cards, also the 3D secure code. In addition, the customer's bank can require separate identification in the online bank with online banking credentials. Please also make sure that you have activated the online payment feature of your card in your online bank before making the payment.
Debit/Credit card
You can pay with combined Debit/Credit cards and Visa Electron cards. Paying with a debit card is easier, faster and safer than in an online bank. You don't need separate credentials, only the card itself. If the payment is made by debit card, it will be debited directly from your account in the same way. Since your credit card company guarantees the payments of the Debit/Credit combination card, it is a safer option for you. If problems arise, you always get your money back from the credit card company, if the purchase was made from a European online store. When you can choose between a debit or credit card and a credit card, you can pay for online purchases directly from the account or from a credit account connected to the card.
When paying with a credit card, the card number is the 16-character string on the front of the card. The 3-digit verification number used in online payments, i.e. the CVV2 number, can be found on the back of the card on the right side of the signature area. When paying with the Debit feature of a Debit or Credit/Debit card, you must use the series of numbers found in the bottom left corner of the back of the card. The first 16 digits act as the card number and the last three act as a check digit.
Visa Electron
You can also pay with a Visa Electron card, if you have activated the online payment feature of your Electron card in your online bank. In connection with the order, you will be directed to your own bank's secure verification service, where your purchase will be verified with online banking credentials (Verified by Visa).
Credit card
We accept all Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Online bank payment
You can pay for the order using Klarna directly in your online bank with your bank credentials.
Invoice / Installment payment
The bill can also be paid in installments of 3-36 months. The bill can also be paid at your own pace, in which case the customer can decide the amount to be paid each month (but at least nine (9) euros). The monthly cost is known, as well as when the entire amount is paid. In addition, all purchases, which are paid at your own pace with flexible installment payments, are combined into a convenient monthly invoice. The monthly bill gives you a good overview of your situation and everything can be paid for with just one billing payment.
Klarna payment time campaigns
From time to time, Klarna offers our customers different payment time campaigns. The customer must meet Klarna's credit conditions in order to be able to choose the campaign payment method.
Payment methods for companies:
Klarna offers companies the opportunity to pay by card, online bank and invoice. Please note that when ordering by invoice, the order must be made to the address where the company is registered, i.e. the billing and delivery address must be the same. More information about the terms of business payments can be obtained from Klarna's customer service.

Paytrail is a safe payment method for you. We have a payment institution license granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7), and it is part of the Nets family.
The Paytrail payment forwarding service forwards your payment to the merchant. If your bank statement or credit card bill shows Paytrail Oyj, we have forwarded your payment.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the sale as well as other obligations defined by itself. If you want to make a complaint or return a product, you should contact the online store from which the product was ordered directly.
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpanki, Osuuspanki, POP bank, Säästöpanki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken. Your bank statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the payee, we forward your payment to the online retailer. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payment is made using a securely protected payment form, and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the respective application.
Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, so you can accept the payment in any application that supports Siirto. Apple Pay is a service that works on an Apple device, which allows you to pay for purchases with a payment card connected to the device.
Invoicing and installment services via Paytrail are offered by OP, Walley and Alisa. OP and Alisa also offers an invoice and partial payment option for business customers.
Please read the specific terms and conditions specific to the financing company, which you will see when you accept the payment. When you accept the payment, you also accept the finance company's terms and conditions.
Alisa Yrityslaku is a flexible and safe payment method for companies. The payment method is suitable for all Finnish companies without the need to submit separate documents. The buyer's right to purchase is fully verified digitally and the purchase takes only a few minutes.

The shipping costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they are automatically added to the total of the order.
You can see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
You can order products on the homepage of our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your acceptance and
your order confirmed by us is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so you enter your e-mail address when you place the order. The payment method used is also confirmed in the order confirmation. If for some unexpected reason we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
We will deliver your order using one of the available delivery methods mentioned on our website, which you choose when placing your order.

Our most common delivery times are 2-7 days, depending on the order and delivery method. More precise times will be announced in connection with the product options.
If you are a consumer, you have the right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel the order by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods or, if it is a matter of regular delivery of goods, the receipt of the first batch of goods.
The cancellation notification must be made clearly, for example by e-mail, by calling our customer service at our e-mail address below or by calling 040 531 4042
with the written notification that you submit with the returned goods.
The right of cancellation only applies and accordingly the products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and well packed for return shipping.
If the transaction is cancelled, the item must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice to our return address mentioned below. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the deadline, for example with a return receipt.
The returner must pay the costs incurred for the return.
These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.
When returning the delivered order, include your name and contact information and your account number for the refund.
Accordingly, we will return the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
If a human error has occurred when ordering a product of the wrong size, the exchange/return will be clarified by phone. Return/exchange Shipping costs can be negotiated free of charge.

Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest

In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.
CLEANCENTER is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or caused by any of the above, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.
We try to settle any disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to settle the matter.
If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board ( www.kuluttajariita.fi ) for resolution.
Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer
must be in contact with the consumer advice of the magistrates.
